Hello everyone,

I hope you find the following guidance and tips useful for improving the performance of your swimmer with Down syndrome.

In my report I have included advice regarding Club Memberships, while also outlining my tips for training, our competition ethos,  and my expectations for every committed swimmer of the Down Syndrome Swimming Australia organization.

I hope our swimmers will continue to ride the wave of success.
